Gosh, I'm so sorry for this delayed reply. I really have no idea what I will be doing with this group. I won't be closing down the group, but it definitely needs a fresher. 
The horses may stay.

question- we do not actually register our horses here, do we?
I re-use my lineart for my horse refs (for a specific reason, not becuase of laziness), so that would bar me from that if we do register horses here. otherwise, i'm golden.
I do intend to re-use lines for tack references, but it's as easy not to submit tack references, so that's fine. :3

I see that Chief has already replied, but I will add this just for it. 
Originally, it was a stable registration, but the group hasn't been doing as well as I thought it would. It needs to have bit of a major revamp. I've closed off most of the folders (I think), until I can get to work on this place. This group isn't actually "harpg" related, as my own stable is not registered in the #HorseArt-RPG group, so I will change it to accommodate similar to how my own stable is.. That way we can accept more from people, without being so strict on submissions. It's 1:20am here, so I'm sorry if that makes little sense.
